Payments accepted via Paypal and must be paid within 3 days of selection. Please contact us if you have a question or an issue with your payment. All unpaid orders will be cancelled and made available for purchase after 3 days.
All orders are shipped within 4 business days from receipt of payment. All U.S. orders will be shipped with a delivery confirmation number. We will send you a confirmation message with this number once they've shipped. For international orders, please allow a minimum of 10 business days for delivery time as some countries have a longer customs process. While tracking numbers are unavailable for international packages, I will provide you with the customs form number as this will be helpful in the event you need to track your package. Please note some countries may take up to 30 days to deliver packages from overseas. But feel free to contact me if you have any problems.
Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to love your jewelry! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it does not fit, or you changed your mind and would like something else then just let us know. You may return your unworn purchase for a full refund, exchange, or store credit excluding shipping costs within 7 business days of receiving your purchase. *Please note that custom pieces are not returnable and considered a final sale.* You must ship the product back to us wrapped in bubble wrap packaged in a box, not an envelope. If you are paying for the shipping fees, you must select an option with tracking. We are not responsible for lost packages that do not have tracking. We stand behind our designs and all are made with love, care, and the upmost professional craftsmanship. We do understand sometimes that things happen though. If for some reason your jewelry becomes in need of repair WITHIN the first six months from normal everyday wear, we would be happy to repair it for you on us! If something happens to a piece of jewelry to the point it needs to be repaired AFTER the first six months of your purchase then we will be happy to repair it for you for a small fee. You must ship the product back to us wrapped in bubble wrap packaged in a box, not an envelope. If you are paying for the shipping fees, you must select an option with tracking.
